The following terms and conditions apply to users of this service:
- All material added to an account remains the property of the account holder and can be removed at anytime by deleting the outline. The deletion of your last outline effectively removes you from the system: no personal information about you is stored by theoutlinerofgiants.com.
- You may not use the theoutlinerofgiants.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
- You are solely responsible for any data, text, information, graphics, photos, audio and video clips, links that you submit, post, and display on the theoutlinerofgiants.com service.
- Whilst the service is supported by multiple redundant systems, you are responsible for maintaining a backup of your outlines and are therefore advised to export your outlines on a regular basis.
- theoutlinerofgiants.com operates a fair-use policy: users whose activities reduce the quality of service available to others will have their accounts terminated (following a fair warning).
- Accounts with extended periods of inactivity (years) will be removed from the system.
